East Salem is an unincorporated community and census-designated place[3] in Delaware Township, Juniata County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is located at the junction of Pennsylvania Routes 333 and 235, 4 miles (6 km) north of the borough of Thompsontown. As of the 2010 census, the population was 186.[4]
