Ronald Michael Fernandes (September 11, 1951 – December 5, 2023) was an American professional football player who was a defensive lineman for three seasons with the Baltimore Colts of the National Football League (NFL).[1] He played college football for the Eastern Michigan Eagles and was selected by the Miami Dolphins in the 10th round of the 1973 NFL Draft.[2] He was also a member of the New England Patriots of the NFL and the Detroit Wheels of the World Football League (WFL).[3][4] Fernandes died on December 5, 2023, at the age of 72.[5]
