SnatchBot-ohjelmisto on ilmainen, pilvipalveluperusteinen chatbottien luomistyökalu, joka on suunniteltu sosiaalisille verkostoille.[1][2][3]

Historia

Henri Ben Ezran ja Avi Ben Ezran vuonna 2015 perustama SnatchBot on yksi Israelin Herzliyasta tulevista uusista teknologiayrityksistä.[4][5]

Heinäkuussa 2017 SnatchBot sponsoroi Saksan Berliinissä pidettyä Chatbot Summit-tapahtumaa.[6] Joulukuussa 2017 yli 30 miljoonaa loppukäyttäjää oli ollut vuorovaikutuksessa SnatchBot-alustalla luotujen chatbottien kanssa. [7]

Palvelut

SnatchBot auttaa käyttäjiä rakentamaan botteja Facebookin Messengeriin, Skypeen, Slackiin, tekstiviesteihin, Twitteriin ja muihin sosiaalisiin verkostoihin.[8][9][10] SnatchBot tarjoaa myös ilmaisia luonnollisen kielen käsittelyn malleja.[11] Yrityksen koneoppimistyökaluihin yhdistettynä alustalla voi luoda chatbotteja, jotka voivat analysoida käyttäjän tarkoitusperiä.[12]
