Allied Domecq
Allied Domecq PLC adalah sebuah perusahaan yang beroperasi dalam bisnis liquor, wine, dan restoran cepat saji. Perusahaan yang berpusat di Bristol, Britania Raya ini merupakan hasil merger dari Allied Lyons dan Pedro Domecq pada tahun 1994.[1] Allied Lyons sendiri merupakan hasil merger antara Allied Breweries dan grup makanan dan katering J. Lyons and Co pada tahun 1978.[1][2]
Allied Domecq diakuisisi oleh perusahaan Prancis Pernod Ricard SA pada 26 Juli 2005.
