Dean Ray Koontz (lahir 9 Juli 1945) adalah seorang penulis Amerika Serikat. Novel-novelnya dianggap bergenre suspen seru, meskipun giat dipadukan dengan unsur-unsur horor, fantasi, fiksi ilmiah, misteri dan satir.
