Edward Nicolae Luttwak (lahir 4 November 1942) adalah ilmuwan politik yang dikenal atas karya-karyanya tentang strategi besar, sejarah militer, dan hubungan internasional. Ia menjadi konsultan untuk berbagai pemerintahan negara dan perusahaan internasional, termasuk sejumlah cabang pemerintahan dan militer Amerika Serikat.^[1]
