Rhododendron atau bunga kadudampit ( /ˌroʊdəˈdɛndrən/ (dari bahasa Yunani Kuno ῥόδον rhódon "mawar" dan δένδρον déndron "pohon"),[4][5] yang sering disebut rhodies, adalah sebuah genus dari 1,024 spesies tumbuhan berkayu dalam keluarga Ericaceae, baik tumbuhan hijau abadi atau tumbuhan peluruh, dan utamanya ditemukan di Asia, meskipun genus tersebut juga menyebar ke seluruh Dataran Tinggi Selatan Pegunungan Appalachian di Amerika utara. Tumbuhan tersebut merupakan bunga nasional Nepal. Sebagian besar spesies memiliki bunga yang mekar dari akhir musim dingin sampai awal musim panas.[6]
