Maureen "Mo" Starkey Tigrett (nee Mary Cox; 4 Agustus 1946 – 30 Desember 1994) adalah seorang penata rambut trainee di Liverpool, dia bertemu Starr di The Cavern Club, tempat The Beatles bermain. Starr melamar pernikahan di Ad Lib Club di London, pada 20 Januari 1965. Mereka menikah di Caxton Hall Register Office, London, pada tahun 1965, dan bercerai pada tahun 1975.^[1][2]
