Perth (/ˈpɜːrθ/ simakⓘ; bahasa Gaelik Skotlandia: Peairt)[3] adalah sebuah kota yang terletak di tepi Sungai Tay, Skotlandia tengah. Kota ini merupakan pusat administratif wilayah dewan Perth dan Kinross dan county Perthshire. Menurut sensus tahun 2011, Perth dan wilayah suburban di sekitarnya memiliki jumlah penduduk sebesar 50.000 jiwa. Perth dijuluki The Fair City semenjak diterbitkannya kisah Fair Maid of Perth oleh penulis Skotlandia Sir Walter Scott pada tahun 1828. Pada abad pertengahan akhir kota ini dijuluki St John's Toun atau Saint Johnstoun oleh penduduknya (yang mengacu pada gereja utama yang didedikasikan untuk Santo Yohanes Pembaptis).
Saat ini Perth merupakan pusat retail untuk wilayah sekitarnya. Setelah kemunduran industri whiskey, ekonomi kota ini kini telah terdiversifikasi dan meliputi asuransi dan perbankan.
