Sensus Amerika Serikat (bahasa Inggris: United States Census) adalah sebuah sensus sepuluh tahunan yang dimandatkan oleh Artikel I, Pasal 2 dari Konstitusi Amerika Serikat, yang menyatakan "Para perwakilan dan Perpajakan langsung harus dipilih di beberapa negara bagian ... menurut jumlah respektif mereka ... . Enumerasi sebenarnya harus dibuat dalam tiga tahun setelah Pertemuan pertama Kongres Amerika Serikat, dan dalam setiap Masa jabatan sepuluh tahun berikutnya."[1][2] Biro Sensus Amerika Serikat (bahasa Inggris: United States Census Bureau, resmi disebut Biro Sensus, seperti yang tercantum dalam Title 13 U.S.C. § 11) bertanggung jawab atas Sensus Amerika Serikat.
