Birgit Fischer (Brandeburgo sulla Havel, 25 febbraio 1962) è un'ex canoista tedesca.
Ha partecipato e vinto medaglie in sei edizioni olimpiche e numerosi titoli mondiali. Ha gareggiato prima per la squadra della Germania Est e poi per la Germania unificata.
Biografia
Nell'agosto 2002 la trasmissione Unsere Besten l'ha eletta al 2º posto tra i più grandi sportivi tedeschi di tutti i tempi solo alle spalle di Michael Schumacher.
