〈Something〉는 조지 해리슨이 쓰고 비틀즈가 1969년 앨범 《Abbey Road》에 담은 노래다. 음반의 다른 트랙인 〈Come Together〉과 함께 싱글컷되어 해리슨의 첫 A면 노래가 된다. 그리고 1970년 4월 비틀즈 해체까지 그의 마지막 미국 차트 1위 곡이 되었다. 이 싱글은 곡이 LP에 담겨 출시된 상태에서 비틀즈의 곡이 싱글로 나온 첫 사례다.

이 노래는 당시 밴드의 주된 작곡가였던 존 레논과 폴 매카트니에게 극찬을 받았다. 레논은 〈Something〉을 두고 《Abbey Road》에서 가장 훌륭한 곡이라고 말했고, 매카트니는 해리슨이 쓴 곡 중 가장 훌륭다고 평가했다.[2] 마찬가지로 뛰어난 상업적 성과를 거두어, 미국 빌보드 핫 100에서는 1위를, 영국에서는 5위권 안에 들었다. 노래는 150명이 넘는 아티스트에 의해 커버되어 비틀즈의 〈Yesterday〉에 이어 두 번째로 가장 많이 커버된 곡이 되었다. 커버한 가수 중에서는 엘비스 프레슬리, 프랭크 시나트라, 레이 찰스, 제임스 브라운, 셜리 배시, 토니 베넷, 앤디 윌리엄스, 스모키 로빈슨, 아이크 & 티나 터너, 에릭 클랩튼, 조 코커, 이삭 헤이즈, 훌리오 이글레시아스, 닐 다이아몬드 등이 있다. 해리슨은 제임스 브라운 버전이 가장 좋다고 말했으며, 자신의 주크박스에도 보관하고 있다.[3]
