Dame Susan Jocelyn Bell Burnell DBE FRS FRSE FRAS FInstP (lahir 15 Julai 1943) ialah seorang ahli astrofizik dari Ireland Utara. Beliau terkenal melalui penemuan pulsar radio pertama pada tahun 1967;^[8] penemuan ini diiktiraf dalam Hadiah Nobel dalam Fizik 1974 yang penuh kontroversi kerana ketiadaan anugerah yang diberikan kepada beliau^[9] meskipun beliau sendiri merupakan orang pertama yang menemukan fenomena angkasa ini.^[10]
