Kathleen Kennedy (lahir 5 Jun 1953) merupakan seorang penerbit filem Amerika Syarikat.[1] Pada tahun 1981, beliau mengasaskan bersama Amblin Entertainment bersama Steven Spielberg dan suaminya Frank Marshall.

Beliau merupakan penerbit filem 1982 E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial dan francais Jurassic Park, dua filem pertama yang menjadi dua daripada 10 teratas filem paling laris pada 1990an. Kennedy merupakan yang kedua bagi Spielberg dalam sambutan pecah panggung tertinggi, dengan lebih $7 bilion setakat Januari 2018.[2]

Pada 30 Oktober 2012, beliau menjadi presiden Lucasfilm selepas The Walt Disney Company memperoleh syarikat itu sebanyak $4 bilion.[3]
