Het Europees kampioenschap voetbal onder 18 van 1965 (officieel UEFA Jeugdtoernooi 1965) was de 17e editie van het, door de UEFA georganiseerde, voetbaltoernooi van spelers onder de 18 jaar.

Het toernooi werd tussen 15 en 25 april gespeeld in West-Duitsland. Er deden 23 teams mee. Voorafgaand aan het toernooi werd een kwalificatie afgewerkt. Oost-Duitsland werd voor de eerste keer winnaar. De finale in Essen werd met 3–2 gewonnen van Engeland. Tsjechoslowakije werd derde.^[1]
