Floto nam in 2016 deel aan de Olympische Spelen, hij won de eerste ronde van Samuli Piippo, de tweede ronde van Khairul Anuar Mohamad maar verloor in de derde ronde van Ku Bon-chan die later Olympisch kampioen werd.
