Vodonik dehidrogenaza (EC 1.12.1.2, H2:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza, NAD+-vezana hidrogenaza, bidirekciona hidrogenaza, hidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom vodonik:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

H2 + NAD+ {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } H+ + NADH

Ovaj enzim je gvožđe-sumpor flavoprotein (FMN ili FAD). Neke forme ovog enzima sadrže nikal.
