Proto-onkogenska tirozinska proteinska kinaza Yes je enzim koji je kod ljudi kodiran YES1 genom.[1][2]

Ovaj gen je ćelijski homolog Yamaguchi sarkoma virusnog onkogena. Kodirani protein deluje kao tirozinska kinaza i pripada src familiji proteina. Gen je lociran u blizini gena timidilatne sintaze na hromozomu 18, a korespondirajući pseudogen je prisutan na hromozomu 22.[2]

Interakcije

YES1 formira interakcije sa Janus kinazom 2,[3] CTNND1,[4] RPL10[5] i Occludin.[6]
