DNA² (Japonca: D・N・A² ～何処かで失くしたあいつのアイツ～, romanize: Dī En Ei Tsū: Dokoka de Nakushita Aitsu no Aitsu), Masakazu Katsura tarafından yazılan bir manga serisidir. Seri, Ağustos 1993-Temmuz 1994 tarihleri arasında Shueisha'nın Weekly Shōnen Jump dergisinde yayınlandı.

Madhouse ve Studio Deen tarafından hazırlanan bir anime televizyon serisi uyarlaması Ekim-Aralık 1994 tarihleri arasında yayınlandı. Bir OVA serisi uyarlaması is Şubat-Haziran 1995 tarihleri arasında yayınlandı.

Konusu

Junta'nın büyük büyük torunu, varolmaya devam edebilmek amacıyla Junta'nın Mega-Playboy olarak kalması için zamanda yolculuk etmeye başlar. Onunla birlikte kendi sebepleri yüzünden Junta'nın Mega Playbol olarak kalmasını isteyen yaşlı bir adam vardır. Junta saldırıya uğradığında, sevdiklerini kurtarmak için Mega Playboy olmaktan başka şansı kalmayacaktır.
