Elvis Is Back! adalah album studio kesepuluh karya penyanyi dan musisi Amerika Elvis Presley. Karya tersebut dirilis di RCA Victor Records dalam bentuk mono dan stereo pada April 1960. Direkamn dalam dua sesi pada Maret dan April, album tersebut menandai kembalinya Presley ke rekaman setelah ia masuk ketentaraan.
